Personal information we collect

  • Information you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address and the text of your message, together with any other information you choose to include in it.
  • Technical information used to protect the form: your IP address, your browser's user agent and other technical signals analyzed by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. It is collected on the contact page only.
  • Technical logs: like any web server, the infrastructure hosting the site temporarily logs IP addresses to prevent abuse.

Please do not include sensitive information in your message, such as health or financial data, or information about other people without their permission.

How we use the information

  • To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a diagnosis or a proposal.
  • To protect the site and the form against automated submissions, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations, where they apply.

We do not send newsletters, we do not build profiles and we do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers we need in order to provide the service, and only for that purpose:

  • Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site, and bot protection with Turnstile.
  • Resend: sending the message you write in the form by email.
  • Purelymail: hosting of the hello@fluxovai.com mailbox, where messages are received and kept.

We may also disclose information when required by law or by a competent authority.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies, tracking and "Do Not Track" signals

This site does not set its own cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not track your activity over time or across other websites. For that reason nothing changes if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal: there is no tracking to turn off. The typefaces are served from fluxovai.com, without connecting to external servers.

The only third-party component is the Cloudflare Turnstile captcha, which loads on the contact page only. Cloudflare may use the technical signals it collects across the sites that use its service to improve bot detection, as described in its Turnstile privacy addendum.

Retention

We keep your messages and contact details for a maximum of one year from receipt.

If you ask us to delete them, they are deleted within a maximum of four months of your request.

These periods apply unless the law requires us to keep them for longer, for example if a contract is entered into.

Technical security data is kept for the period determined by the providers that process it.

How to review, correct or delete your information

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by writing to compliance@fluxovai.com. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm that you own the email address you used to contact us.

Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect information: the site only works over encrypted connections (HTTPS), the form is protected against automated submissions and access to messages is restricted. Even so, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have received it, we will delete it.

Users outside the United States

Fluxovai LLC is a United States company. If you access the site from another country, the information you provide will be processed in the United States.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. We recommend that you review it periodically.
