The approach

Most of the technical problems slowing a company down are not difficult. They are problems nobody has had time to look at properly, that have been patched over and over, and that now cost hours every week without anyone adding those hours up.

The work always starts by measuring. Before proposing anything you have to know what the problem costs today, because without that you cannot know whether the solution paid for itself.

Three decisions that are not negotiable

• The code and the access are yours. Everything is deployed on your infrastructure, with your credentials, in a repository you control. There is no intermediate platform you depend on in order to keep operating.
• Scope and price fixed before starting. No open-ended blocks of hours. If something comes up during the work that changes the scope, we stop and decide; we do not simply bill more.
• If it is not worth it, I say so. Sometimes the diagnosis concludes that the problem is one of process rather than technology, or that automating it costs more than it saves. That diagnosis is a valid deliverable too, and the project ends there.

What we do not do

We do not do digital transformation or strategic advisory. We do not sell licences or resell third-party platforms. We do not work open-ended hours. A typical engagement runs between two and eight weeks and ends with something working and documented.
