A one-to-one 30-minute session to understand your problem. The session does not provide the solution: within 48 hours you receive a report with possible ways to solve it. The fee is non-refundable.

Hours you use when you need them, with no need to use them in one go. They expire after 30 calendar days. The fee is non-refundable.

Maintenance
US$500.00 / month
5 hours a month to keep what already works running. Paid on day 1 of each month, with no minimum term. Hours not used that month are lost.
Terms
- The full amount is paid in advance, before work begins.
- Time is counted in full hours: any fraction is charged as a whole hour. A job taking 47 minutes counts as 1 hour; one taking 1 hour and 3 minutes, as 2 hours.
- The final solution is not delivered until the full amount has been paid.
- Consultancy is a one-to-one 30-minute session. It does not provide the solution: within 48 hours you receive a report with possible approaches. It does not guarantee a definitive solution, which may require an in-depth analysis.
- Hours in a bundle do not have to be used consecutively. Unused hours expire 30 calendar days after the purchase date; if the task finishes before they are used up, the remaining hours expire 30 calendar days after it finishes.
- Maintenance is paid in advance on day 1 of each month. If it is not paid, there is no maintenance that month. Hours not used in the month are lost and do not roll over.
- Maintenance has no minimum term. It can be cancelled with 15 calendar days' notice, and the current month's fee is not recovered.
- Fees for consultancy, bundles of hours and maintenance are non-refundable.
- Final prices in USD, with no taxes added. The full terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
